We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to help others. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product and service information with professionalism and efficiency.

Hours are:

Monday Tuesday Friday and Sunday

12:30pm-9pm

Key responsibilities are:

• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, answering questions and assisting customers with their purchases.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
