Deli & Seafood Manager

Full-Time | 45 Hours per Week (Sunday to Thursday)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated person to lead our newly merged Deli & Seafood department.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong people leader to bring two teams together, build a positive team culture, and create a high-performing department focused on exceptional customer service, fresh food standards, and achieving results.

About the Role

• Lead, coach, and develop the Deli & Seafood team.
• Build a positive team culture and foster strong working relationships within the newly merged department.
• Manage stock ordering, stock levels, and waste control.
• Maximise sales and achieve department profit targets.
• Create fresh, full, and attractive displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries professionally.
• Maintain Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.
• Work closely with the senior leadership to achieve department goals.

• A clear understanding of customer needs.
• SAP experience
