Deli Assistant – New World Mt Roskill

New World Mt Roskill is looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking Deli Assistant to join our team.

About the Role

As a Deli Assistant you will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of our Service Deli helping ensure our food displays look appealing, our products meet high standards and our customers receive friendly and helpful service.

Roster - 2pm to 10pm (Monday & Saturday Day Off)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with food preparation and the presentation of deli products.
• Serving customers and providing friendly efficient service.
• Replenishing displays and ensuring products are well presented.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene.
• Following health and safety procedures and safe food-handling practices.
• Ensuring the department is clean, tidy, and well organised.
• Working collaboratively with the team to keep the department running smoothly.
