New World Albany is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Deli Supervisor to lead our Deli Kitchen team. Reporting to the Department Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations, ensuring outstanding food quality, customer service and team success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership: Inspire and develop your team with a positive, hands-on approach.
• Experience: Previous Deli Supervisor senior level deli experience is preferable
• Team Player: Lead by example with energy, professionalism, and a can-do attitude.
• Technical Skills: SAP experience is a plus!
• Food Safety Expertise: Strong knowledge of food safety standards (FSNI FCP knowledge is an advantage).
• Compliance-Driven: Ensure all regulations are met to a high standard.

It’s a Full Time Position: days (including weekend) and hours of work to be discussed at interview.
