DELI MANAGER
We are
seeking a Deli Manager, with passion for preparing and presenting food, to
provide leadership to a small dedicated team.
- Do you want

SAP experience or able to demonstrate experience retail IT systems?
- Do you have a
sound understanding of Food Safety requirements for a Food Control Plan and the
importance of this to Deli operations?
- Do you have
what it takes to lead and train staff to be the best?
We are seeking an individual who will have commitment to excellence and
strong organisational and communications skills. They will also display high
presentation standards, honesty and an excellent work ethic. If successful, you
will be planning and coordinating all facets of the day to day operations of
the Deli. You will ensure staff have opportunities to learn and develop their
skills.
The hours and days of work will be discussed with applicants at the interview
stage and include a weekend shift. Some flexibility is required to cover
staffing needs in the department.
