Delicatessen MANAGER - FULLTIME POSITION

We are a full-service supermarket, offering customers a warm welcome and convenient supermarket shopping experience all under one roof.

To be successful you must have a passion for providing excellent customer service, have experience in running a Delicatessen, be a detail minded and motivated self-starter, be able to multi-task and have great time management skills.

The Delicatessen Manager’s role will include:

• directing and supervising the team in the daily and nightly tasks
• Replenishment of Cabinet and Displays
• Maintaining a safe work environment for our people is important!
• Team training and development
• Building sales, Retail Excellence, Leadership by example
  
• Supporting your team to provide the best service, and backed up by the best product inspirations for our customers
• Ensuring the department achieves its KPIs and grows in conjunction with then store.

This role ideally suits an applicant who has previous Deli Supervisory experience, has excellent communication skills and can Lead their team to excellence. You're a team player with high presentation standards, a "can do" attitude that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

All our roles include a weekend day please let us know in your cover letter if you prefer Saturday or Sunday. Remuneration negotiated at Interview.
