• Tuesday – Saturday 8am – 4:30pm

We have just finished installing brand new Service Deli and Seafood serve overs, seafood chiller and freezer, self-serve hot food cabinet, and a hot food and bain marie serve over which is a new offering for the store.  With our growing team we are looking for a new Deli/Seafood 2IC to ensure we can deliver an exceptional buying experience for our customers.  There will also be succession planning in place for the right person to step into the Deli/Seafood Manager position when the time is right. If you are someone who loves good food, has experience making, working with and presenting food in different ways, and wants to progress their career, this is the ideal role for you.

The Role:

• Support the Manager in running all aspects of the Service Deli and Seafood.
• Be responsible for all ordering for Seafood.
• Prep and display a range of products for our bain marie serve over.
• Make a range of salads and heat and eat meal solutions.
• Use your creative flair to wow customers with new products not currently sold in store.
• The all-important team work to ensure we can get the work done.
• The role also includes the usual Service Deli/Seafood back and front of house tasks.
