About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Drygoods Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the drygoods department and lead the team to success. 

                      Tuesday - Saturday 2pm-Midmight

In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach, and support the drygoods team to meet daily and long-term targets.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, well presented, and accurately priced.
• Manage stock flow, backstock, and ordering, including operating a forklift when required.
• Maintain strong Health & Safety and food safety standards.
• Drive productivity, availability, and customer service.
• Support team development and create a positive working environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Supermarket or retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one).
• A hands-on, reliable, and results-focused approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
