Four Square St Heliers is looking for a Duty Manager to join our team ASAP!

About the role:

We are looking for an exceptional Duty Manager who is a Customer Experience superstar, to lead our team at this busy, beachside, community store and who can motivate, inspire and excite our team.  Responsible for ensuring the customer gets a first-class experience, by ensuring an outstanding personal service at all times of the day. The role includes making sure all departments are running well while on duty, merchandising store as needed, handling customer enquiries, managing our team and opening the store in the morning.

This includes managing the junior team members so that our customers receive an outstanding shopping experience, our shelves remain rotated and full, and the store a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.

About you:

You must have experience delivering an outstanding store experience and have a friendly and approachable manner to staff and customers.  The ability to think quickly, jump into any department and work closely together with a number of people to help make this place shine is essential!

Must have as part of the job:

- Valid Duty Managers certificate or 2 years retail management experience and we can support you to get your Duty Managers certificate

- Experience in management in retail (supermarket ideal)

- Exceptional customer service skills

Day/Hours (minimum)

Monday: 6am - 3pm (working with our team across the store)

Sunday: 6:30am - 2pm (leading the team as Duty Manager)
