Duty Manager Grocery

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team as a Duty Manager.

We are a small supermarket, offering customers warm, welcoming and convenient supermarket shopping – all under one roof.   

To be successful you must have a passion for providing excellent customer service, be a detail minded self-starter, be able to multi-task and have the ability to follow through in a timely manner.
You are building a committed and motivated team who prides themselves on the and service we offer our customers here at Four Square.

This is a working Duty Manager role your main duties will include:

• Directing and supervising the team
• Identifying and prioritising replenishment needs
• Replenishing shelves and displays
• Maintaining a safe work environment – our people are important!
• Training and development - we are always learning!
  
• Helping customers
• Supporting and assisting management team
• Ensuring all departments are maintaining high store standards

This role ideally suits an applicant who has previous grocery or retail supervisory experience, has excellent communication skills and can "walk the talk" when leading their team.  You're a team player with high presentation standards, a "can do" attitude that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
