Duty Manager/Lotto/Cafe Operator!!

Four Square Wainui Rd has couple of full-time roles available. We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual to join the team as a Duty manager to oversee day to day operation in store and requirement of a Full-time Lotto/Cafe Operator in store. Four Square have won the Kincentric Best Employer Award for four consecutive years, we are committed to training, developing and providing opportunities for our team members. 

The successful applicant for these roles will be responsible for ensuring that our store is always presented to the highest possible standard from the front of the store to the back storeroom. You would also be responsible for communicating any issues with the rest of the team members, deal with any customer issues that may arise, and making sure that staff is always productive.

The ideal candidates will provide great customer service and will have a current LCQ, and Duty Manager Certificate. Experience in Grocery sector with managing staff, and a can-do attitude is must. This role will also be responsible for covering team members while they are on leave too so this role needs someone who is flexible in terms of days of work and can work in different areas of the store if and as required. This person is.

Grocery Retail experienced 

Punctual and reliable

Great with time management

Flexible to work both during the week and weekends

Please note: A reasonable level of physical fitness is required, and some heavy lifting is involved.
