DUTY MANAGER | NEW WORLD ONERAHI

Are you an experienced supermarket professional ready to step into a leadership role?

We're looking for a hands-on Duty Manager to help lead our team and ensure customers receive an outstanding shopping experience every day.

Hours

• Wednesday: 10.00am – 8.00pm
• Thursday: 10.00am – 8.00pm
• Friday: 7.30am – 5.30pm
• Saturday: 6.30am – 3.30pm

• Lead and support team members across the store
• Maintain high store standards, presentation, and availability
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and liquor licensing requirements
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the store

• Previous supermarket experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive attitude and customer-first mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organised, and able to make decisions under pressure
• Current Manager's Certificate (or willingness to obtain) advantageous
