Duty manager

Start part-time, grow into full-time!

We’re looking for a Supervisor to join our team at Four Square The Lakes! This role starts as a part-time position (Saturday, Sunday, Monday), with the opportunity to move to full-time in April.

About the Role:

As a supervisor, you'll be responsible for working with the team, ensuring smooth store operations, and delivering great customer service. These shifts require an early start to prepare baked goods, so experience in baking or food preparation is preferred, and full training will be provided!

Key Responsibilities:

• Early morning baking & food preparation
• Facilitate daily store operations and support the team
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Manage cash handling and balancing tills
• Ensure shelves are stocked and displays look great
• Assist with stock management and ordering
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
• Solve customer and staff queries efficiently

About You:

• Retail or supermarket experience preferred
• LCQ / Managers Certificate preferred
• Baking or food prep experience is a plus!
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
• Basic computer knowledge
• Physically able to lift stock and stand for long periods
