The Job
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, and dynamic Duty Manager to work in our store and lead our team in the evenings and during our busy weekends. Reporting to the Store Manager this role could lead to the next steps in a FMCG career. Full training will be provided. Many of our current department managers have started their careers in our store in this role.
Days and Hours to be discussed and agreed. We would also consider a person looking for part - time evening and weekend work. A current Forklift license would be an advantage.
Candidates must have either New Zealand Permanent Residency or hold a valid New Zealand Work Visa.
What We Value: -
Previous experience in retail is preferred, adaptability, ability to work with pace and being a productive team member. This is a hands-on role and would also suit an experienced Checkout Supervisor, Department team leader or Department supervisor looking for the next step in their development.
