DUTY MANAGER - FULLTIME POSITION

warm welcome and convenient supermarket shopping experience all under one roof.
To be successful you must have a passion for providing
excellent customer service, hold a current Liquor License, be a detail minded and motivated self-starter, be able to multi-task and have great time management skills.
The Duty Manager’s role will include:
- directing and
supervising the team in the daily and nightly tasks
- Identifying areas of the
Store requiring replenishment
- Replenishment of shelves
and displays
- Maintaining a safe work
environment for our people is important!
- Team training and
development
- Building Displays,
Retail Excellence, Leadership by example
- Customer Focussed
- Supporting and Assisting
our Store Manager and Operations Manager
- Ensuring all departments
are maintaining appropriate store standards
This role ideally suits an applicant who has previous Grocery
or Retail Supervisory experience, has excellent communication skills and can Lead
their team to excellence. You're a team player with high presentation
standards, a "can do" attitude that enjoys working in a fast-paced
environment.
All our roles include a weekend day please let us know in
your cover letter if you prefer Saturday or Sunday. Remuneration negotiated at Interview.
