Four Square has been at the heart of New Zealand communities for over 100 years. Four Square Britomart has been part of the local community of Auckland for 2 years, and we are proud of the quality, service and smiles we deliver. We are famous for our amazing deli offerings, chicken and chips, fresh produce, and due to growing demand, we are looking for a great team member to join us.

About the role

We are looking for an all-star duty manager who can motivate, inspire and excite our team.  Responsible for ensuring the customer gets a first-class experience, by ensuring freshness and quality of produce and outstanding personal service at all times of the day. 

The role includes making sure all departments are running well while on duty, merchandising store as needed, helping out with customer enquiries and opening or closing up the store as required

 About you

Ideally you will have experience delivering an outstanding store experience and have a friendly and approachable manner to staff and customers.  The ability to think quickly, jump into any department and work closely together to make this place shine is essential!

Must have as part of the job:

- Valid duty managers certificate (ideal but not essential)

- Experience in management in retail (supermarket ideal)
