DUTY MANAGER

💥 IMPORTANT: You must hold a valid Manager’s Certificate / LCQ or be willing to obtain one to be eligible for the role.

You will be working with a committed and motivated team who prides themselves on quality service which we offer our customers here at 4 Square The Lakes

This is a working Duty Manager role our main duties will include:

 

• Serving customers at checkout
• Stock ordering
• Directing and supervising the team
• Identifying items requiring replenishment
• Replenishing shelves and displays
• Maintaining a safe work environment – our people are important!
• Team training and development
• Building displays
• Helping customers
• Ensuring all departments are maintaining appropriate store display standards

This role ideally suits an applicant who has previous grocery or retail supervisory experience, has excellent communication skills and can "walk the talk" when leading their team. You're a team player with high presentation standards, a "can do" attitude that enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

 

You must have or be applying for your managers certificate as a requirement of this role.
