• Physically fit and able to perform in a fast-paced retail environment
• A reliable and flexible team player who can work a variety of shifts, including early starts, evenings, and weekends
• A positive attitude and the confidence to make decisions under pressure

The Opportunity

As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for leading the store in the absence of the Store Owner, Store Manager, and Department Managers. You'll oversee multiple departments and a team of 40+ staff, ensuring the store operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the store.
• Inspire, motivate, and support team members to achieve their best.
• Ensure outstanding customer service throughout every department.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, compliance, and health & safety.
• Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.
• Drive a positive, productive, and customer-focused culture.
