About the Role

In this role, you will be the driving force on the floor, ensuring smooth shift operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting our team to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.

   

   

• Support and coach team members throughout the shift to foster a positive team environment.

   

   

• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and resolution of operational issues.

   

   

• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, security, and statutory licensing standards.

   

   

• Morning and evening shifts
• Oversee opening/closing procedures.

   

   

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within [Retail / Hospitality / Customer Service].

   

   

• Valid Manager’s License / General Manager Certificate (or willingness to obtain).

   

   

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

   

   

• Ability to handle busy shifts with composure and efficiency.

   

   

• Availability to work a roster that includes weekends and evening shifts.
