Duty Manager

• Can be Full Time or Part Time
• Enjoy a sleep in and a later start!
• Lead our afternoon/night team and close up at the end of the day

 We are on the lookout for a new Duty Manager to cover 3 - 4 nights across the week including one night in the weekend.  Hours can be full time or part time to suit.

Our Duty Manager's hold the store together at the end of the night, keeping everything in order and ensuring customers continue to receive the exceptional level of service they expect.

The Role:

• Support the checkout team as and when required.
• Check that the team across the store continue to work productively and provide a high standard of customer service.
• Oversee the grocery team and help fill and face all departments.
• Respond appropriately to customer queries and requests. 
• Close the store in line with standard procedures.

• Must be eligible to hold a Manager’s Certificate and work in New Zealand.
