Duty Manager

We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Duty Manager to strengthen our leadership team. Job Summary:

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store. Your main duties will include ensuring smooth store operations, maintaining excellent customer service standards, managing the team, and delivering best in class store standards.

This role is your gateway to further your understanding of the complex dynamics of retail management, specifically in a small supermarket setting. It offers a brilliant chance for professional growth in a stimulating, fast-paced work environment.

The Role:

• Team Leadership: Supervising and training retail staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring the team meets performance standards.

• Customer Service: Addressing customer concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, and maintaining a customer-friendly store environment.

   

• Store Operations: Overseeing daily closing procedures, stock management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensuring the store complies with health, safety, and legal regulations

• Duty Manager's certificate or ability to apply for one. (over the age of 20, no criminal record)

Sunday to Thursday finishing at 9pm with a start time of at least 3pm or earlier
