Duty Manager – Pak’NSave Highland Park

We’re excited to announce that Pak’nSave Highland Park will be joining the community February 2025! With a brand-new store and impressive offering across butchery, seafood, bakery, deli, produce, grocery and liquor, we can’t wait to open our doors to the East Auckland community!

We’re currently seeking Duty Managers to join the team. You’ll play an integral part in our journey towards a successful store opening and continuously deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our community.

The Role:

  • Provide a high level of customer service and assisting customers where needed 
  • In the absence of department managers ensure a consistently fresh & appealing shopping experience for customers
  • Manage the store in the evenings 
  • Working with other staff members to ensure that stock is put out accurately 
  • Ensure high presentation standards in all departments 
  • Build relationships with the wider team and leadership to get the very best results

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven customer service providing quality experience for customers 
  • Forklift license.
  • LCQ and/or Managers Certificate and experience selling alcohol.
  • Previous duty manager or sole charge experience advantageous 
  • Reliable, honest and be a good team player 
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to supervise and lead a small team 
  • Sound computer literacy and keen to learn and use the latest technology
