Energetic Night-Team Loading Supervisor

About the Role: 

We are currently looking for full time Team Member to join our Night Team as a Loading Supervisor.

The Loading Supervisor will be responsible for getting all of our trucks loaded in a systematical way, ready for dispatch at 6.00am.

You will be working with a team of loaders ensuring loading is proficient, well managed and completed with care and attention to detail.

The role is Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 6:30am.

We’re Looking for People with:

• Good physical fitness as there will be some heavy lifting involved. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and with a good command of English.
• Experience working collaboratively with others in a group or team.
• High personal presentation standards.
• Excellent attention to detail that are accurate in all areas of work.
• A high degree of self-motivation that are reliable and consistent.
• A strong Health & Safety mindset.
• The ability to follow instructions and store procedures, as well as receiving constructive performance feedback.
• Class 2 driving License would be an advantage.
