Evening Chilled and Frozen Picking Supervisor

We’re on the lookout for an experienced supervisor to lead our chilled and frozen picking operation. As the Chilled & Frozen Picking Supervisor, you’ll be hands-on, managing a small team of 3-4 in our temperature-controlled facility. Reporting to the Service Night Manager, your main job will be to ensure orders are picked and processed accurately and efficiently ensuring we continue to provide the best service to our delivery customers.
Hours of work: Sunday to Thursday - 5:00pm to 2:30am or Sunday to Thursday 5.00pm - 2.30am.
Key role elements include: - MUST be able to work in a temperature-controlled environment - (Protective clothing issued).
- Work with the Night Service Manager to manage the flow of orders throughout the night, ensuring correct resource allocation.
- Lead the Chilled and Frozen picking team with integrity, driving accuracy and productivity.
- Ensure all Service Level, pick rate and pick completion targets are met and exceeded.
About You:
Experience supervising within a warehouse operation and leading a team is required. Preference will be given to candidates with wholesale or retail grocery experience however it is not critical. The following attributes are key requirements to be successful in the role:
