Evening Floor Manager

The Evening Floor Manager is responsible for the daily operations of Customer Service, storeroom and all departments in the absence of department managers. 

The primary role of the Duty Manager is to plan, lead, communicate, organize and control the day-to-day running of the relevant sections of the store to achieve the highest possible standards.

The responsibilities of this position include:

• Delivering excellent Customer Service
• Ability to lead and supervise a team
• Stocking shelves, working stock in storeroom, keeping stock organized
• Having knowledge about our products and services
• Following the correct Inwards good procedures
• Adhering to Food Safety and Health and Safety policies
• Forklift license or be willing to get one

Good communication skills

• Ability to work well with a team
• Physical fitness for either lifting crates and boxes and standing for long periods of time
• Ability to multi-task and also complete tasks within the required timeframes
• Motivation to learn new skills
• A positive work ethic and attitude
