What your day will look like:

• Quality: Baking high-quality scratch breads and golden small goods (think fluffy muffins, perfect scones, and more).
• Expressing Creativity: Bring your flare to cake decorating section—this is your canvas to bring your expertise and creative designs to life!
• Amazing Presentation: Keeping our shop looking abundant, fully stocked, and beautifully arranged so our customers are always delighted.
• Smart Operations: Staying ahead of the game by managing stock, ordering accurately, and ensuring everything is perfectly packaged and priced.
• Safety First: Maintaining top-tier hygiene and working happily alongside our Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and procedures.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

We are looking for a positive, detail-oriented professional who can thrive independently but loves being part of a team hustle.

• The Experience: Solid background in an FMCG environment, with a strong mastery of scratch dough baking and cake decorating
• The Eye: An eye for perfection and a commitment to maintaining high presentation standards.
• The Energy: A love for fast-paced team environments and great communication skills.
• The Heart: A genuinely customer-focused attitude and a true passion for great food.
• The Extras (Bonus!): Unit 167/168 standard is preferred, but definitely not a dealbreaker if you have the right experience!

Note: All applicants must hold a valid New Zealand Work Visa or Permanent Residency.
