Fixed Term - Part Time Online Assistant - NW Stonefields

New World Stonefields is looking for a friendly, reliable and energetic Online Personal Shopper to join our busy Online team.

About the role

Our Online team looks after hundreds of valued customers each week, making sure their grocery orders are picked, packed and delivered with care.

 

As an Online Personal Shopper, you’ll be responsible for:

• Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Selecting quality products as if you were shopping for yourself
• Packing and preparing orders ready for collection or delivery
• Delivering orders to our customers when required
• Providing friendly, helpful service throughout the store
• Working at pace to ensure orders are ready on time

 

This is a fast-paced and physical role. You’ll spend plenty of time on your feet, moving around the store, lifting groceries and working to deadlines.

 

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is reliable, punctual and ready to go for a 5am start
• Has a great work ethic and positive attitude
• Is friendly and naturally customer focused
• Works quickly while still maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Is organised and able to work well under pressure
• Is physically fit and comfortable with regular lifting and being on their feet
• Is a great team player and communicator
• Has a current full driver’s licence and is confident driving for customer deliveries

Hours

Sunday & Monday – 5am to 2pm

16 hours per week

Fixed-Term until Mid January
