We are seeking people to join our team. You'll be working alongside an experienced team and Owner Operator to help deliver a remarkable shopping experience and an unparalleled customer experience.

Four Square Snells Beach is looking for keen, motivated, reliable workers for both full time and part time baristas, bakers / chef, cafe staff and a cafe manager.

Suitable applicants must be capable of consistently working hard and at a fast pace, moving heavy boxes for continuous periods, cleaning, restocking shelves and serving our lovely customers along with other duties and disciplined approach to food control following strict protocols.

At Four Square Snells Beach we train everyone to do everything ensuring a varied day and cover.  A willingness to be adaptable and a can-do attitude will be king.

The ideal applicant will display/have:

• a happy disposition with excellent communication skills,
• high presentation standards,
• accuracy and be thorough in their work,
• flexibility with working hours and days with the ability to work weekends and evenings,
• honesty, an excellent work ethic and a desire to learn,
• happy to do whatever it takes to provide the best service we can to our customers.

Experience with food and coffee would be ideal. Similar experience in general retail, liquor or FMCG may be considered.
