Frozen Foods Assistant

This role is essential to ensuring our frozen foods department is well‑stocked, presented to a high standard, and operating safely and efficiently.

About the Role

 You will be responsible for:

 Replenishing and rotating frozen stock

• Checking product dates and maintaining food safety standards
• Keeping freezer areas clean, organised, and well presented
• Assisting customers with inquiries in the department
• Working efficiently in a cold environment and handling physical tasks

Roster / Working Hours

This is a full-time role with the following roster:

 Monday:  5.00am – 3.00pm

• Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 6.00am – 4.00pm

Flexibility and reliability to work these set hours is essential.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a supermarket or frozen foods environment (preferred)
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic
• A team player who takes pride in their work
