The role reports to the Service Deli Manager or the 2IC during the manager's absence.

• Duties include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring customers have access to a wide variety of consistently excellent quality products at all times.
• Maintaining the highest levels of product presentation and merchandising excellence.
• Guaranteeing strict compliance with all Food Safety requirements continuously.
