FULL TIME E-commerce Manager - New World Victoria Park

At New World Victoria Park, we are dedicated to creating a seamless and convenient shopping experience for our customers. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Online Manager to lead our Online Shopping team. Sunday – Thursday (45 hours per week, hours to be discussed)

 

The Role:

• Lead, motivate, and support the Online Shopping Assistants (Pickers) and Delivery team to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
• Oversee the entire Online shopping process, from order selection to Concierge Service (Click & Collect) and home delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive experience and encouraging repeat business.
• Leverage strong analytical skills to assess data and processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiencies and elevate the customer experience.
• Develop our new online concierge offer for our customers.
• Maintain accurate store mapping for optimal picking efficiency.
• Ensure stock levels of Online equipment and supplies are maintained.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure Online responsibilities are met.
• Manage and enforce compliance with health, safety, food safety and legal regulations.

What are we Looking For?

• Proven leadership experience in retail, logistics, or online shopping operations.
• A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• A full, valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role.
• Knowledge of food retail, fresh food, or Online shopping operations is a plus!
