Full Time Grocery Assistant - NW Stonefields

We are currently seeking a high performing individual to join us as one of our valued Grocery Assistants!

If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is perfect for you! As a team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. 

You will be working with a team with a mix of the following tasks and responsibilities:

• stripping pallets of product deliveries and stacking them in the appropriate storeroom shelves
• making sure the display shelves in your designated aisles are appropriately stocked and well presented
• regularly checking your designated areas and facing up appropriately with minimum disruption to customers
• helping and assisting customers with their enquiries and taking them to the product when required
• undertaking housekeeping duties as required
• assist in other departments when required

You will be playing an important role in the store, so you need to bring with you the following attributes in order to succeed:

• excellent communication skills - must be able to clearly communicate and interact with customers
• proven reliability in terms of attendance
• ability to work well in a team and independently, demonstrating reliability and self-motivation

• physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks, lift and move heavy objects up to a maximum of 25kg, and stand for extended periods.

Full time role: Friday - Tuesday 1:00pm - 10:00pm (Days off Wednesday/Thursday)
