Fulltime Online Picker Assistant - Clendon PNS

We’re looking for a full-time Online Picker Assistant to join our busy Online team at PAK’nSAVE Clendon. This is a fast-paced role that suits someone reliable, energetic, organised, and customer-focused. As an Online Picker Assistant, you'll be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders while ensuring every order is completed on time and to the highest standard. You'll be selecting quality products, processing substitutions, preparing Click & Collect orders, communicating with customers when required, and maintaining excellent Food Safety and Health & Safety standards at all times. This role requires someone who can work efficiently, use technology confidently, and provide a great shopping experience for our online customers.

• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Previous supermarket, retail, customer service, or online shopping experience is an advantage.

The successful applicant will play a key role in ensuring our online customers receive the freshest products, accurate orders, and outstanding service every time they shop with us.

Hours of work:

• Wednesday 5am – 1:30pm
• Thursday 5am – 1:30pm
• Friday 5am – 1:30pm
• Saturday 5am – 1:30pm
• Sunday 5am – 1:30pm
  

Total hours: 42.5 hours per week
