General Merchandise & Liquor Manager

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to manage our General Merchandise & Liquor departments at Pak’nSave Māngere. This role requires strong operational leadership, merchandise display excellence, compliance and Health & Safety responsibility, product buying, stock integrity, good receipting/stock controls, SAP knowledge and achieving KPIs.

Key Requirements

• Previous supervisory/management experience in retail
• SAP experience/knowledge and strong good receipting discipline
• Strong floor leadership and hands-on operational approach
• Excellent merchandising standards and execution
• Confident with compliance, H&S and store policy requirements
• Able to deliver results and achieve KPIs
