About the role

The Warehouse supervisor is a key role to ensure the efficient flow of stock from inwards to the store and to make sure the store standards are to our high expectations.  You will lead a team of awesome replenishment assistants.

Effectively manage your replen team, Grocery department.

• Control the flow of the stock from Inwards to the store
• Use data to improve efficiency and productivity
• Circulate around the shop floor and inwards area on a regular basis to ensure maintenance of stores overall appearance.
• Monitor Department staff to ensure productivity levels are maintained
• Take direction from Floor Manager, Owner Operator or Store Manager re workflow.
• Communicate back to Floor manager, Department Managers and Senior Managers with any issues.
• Ensure start of day procedures are completed as per individual department requirements
• Maintain a safe workplace.
• Deal with Customer / Staff complaints / issues / enquiries as required.

Approx Hours: 5am to 2.30-m

Tuesday to Saturday (Saturday hours diifer)

Skills and Experience

• Previous people management a must
• Duty Manager license a bonus
• Forklift license/REACH a MUST
• Ability to work autonomously in quick paced environment
• Reliable, physically fit as heavy lifting is involved.
• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
• Full training and support will be provided
• Good level with IT systems e.g SAP, EWM, Microsoft - EXPERIENCE A MUST
