We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person to assist with the day-to-day running of our Grocery Department to achieve the highest possible standards of customer service, product presentation and staff management.
This position will require encouragement, motivation and leadership skills and an understanding of how to exceed our customers’ expectations to ensure their return is essential.
The successful applicant will assist the Department Manager in maximizing on shelf availability, staff management and training, to ensure that our customers receive an outstanding shopping experience. The 2IC will support and assist the Duty Managing responsibilities as required.
The roster is as follows;
Tuesday 10.00am - 6.30pm
Wednesday 10.00am - 6.30pm
Thursday 10.00am - 6.30pm
Friday 10.00am - 6.30pm
Saturday 8.00am - 4.30pm
