Grocery Assistant - NW Stonefields

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and high-performing individual to join our Grocery team!

No two days are the same in Grocery, and you’ll play an important part in keeping our store running smoothly, efficiently, and looking its best for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unloading deliveries, breaking down pallets, and putting stock away into the correct storerooms
• Ensuring shelves within your designated aisles are fully stocked, tidy, and well presented
• Regularly checking and facing up products while minimising disruption to customers
• Assisting customers with enquiries and helping them find the products they need
• Completing housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Supporting other departments when required and working collaboratively across the store

• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with customers
• Proven reliability, strong attendance, and a great work ethic
• The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment
• A willingness to go the extra mile for both customers and teammates
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively
• A positive attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads in a busy retail environment
• Integrity, self-motivation, and the ability to use initiative
• Physical capability to undertake repetitive tasks, lift up to 25kg, and remain on your feet for extended periods

Hours:

Days off: Friday & Saturday
