To maximize sales and achieve specified profit margins whilst managing expenses

What are we looking for:

• High level of SAP knowledge essential
• Prior supermarket experience, minimum 2 years buying experience
• A strategic mindset with the ability to deliver operationally sound, customer-centric solutions.
• A track record of successfully meeting buying targets.
• Have experience buying in other Foodstuff stores.
• Someone that is driven to achieve and strive to be at the top of the game in data metrics
• Loves creating Retail Excellent standards in the store on a weekly basis for our customers.
• Understands product knowledge of dry departments.
• Uses symphony tool to create relays instore to improve KPIs
• Understands daily process and procedures to better on shelf availability using Fiori and SAP 
• Has knowledge on using Excel Spreadsheets
• Having a Liquor License and Forklift license would be an advantage.
