New World Paremata is looking for a Grocery Manager to lead our Grocery department. This role is ideal for someone with or without supermarket experience -  all you need is a strong desire to learn and develop your career within the supermarket industry.

About the role:

• A strong people focus, leading a team of 3-4 people each day, persuading and inspiring your team, and working well with others,
• Planning and executing all facets of the day-to-day operations of the department including ordering, filling, promotional planning and operational processes
• Achieve agreed retail standards, department sales, GP and wage targets.
