Grocery Morning Fill Assistant / Storeroom Assistant

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Grocery Morning Fill Assistant / Storeroom Assistant to join our team at New World Devonport.

This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in the smooth day-to-day operation of our supermarket. You will be responsible for receiving and managing incoming deliveries, maintaining an organised storeroom, and ensuring stock is available for our customers when they need it.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Hard-working, organised and self-motivated
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• A quick learner with a positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• A strong communicator who enjoys working in a team
• Committed to maintaining high Health & Safety standards

What you'll bring:

• A current forklift licence with an F Endorsement would be an advantage, but is not essential
• Full training will be provided for the right candidate
• Previous retail, warehousing, or storeroom experience is beneficial but not required

Roster:

Wednesday to Saturday 5:00am - 2:30pm (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday off)
