Grocery Night/Morning Fill Managers – Pak’NSave Highland Park

We’re excited to announce that Pak’nSave Highland Park will be joining the community February 2025! With a brand-new store and impressive offering across butchery, seafood, bakery, deli, produce, grocery and liquor, we can’t wait to open our doors to the East Auckland community!

We’re currently looking for a Grocery Night Fill Manager & Grocery Morning Fill Manager to join the team. As a department leader, you’ll play an integral part in our journey towards a successful store opening and continuously deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our community. 

Hours: Sunday-Wednesday 3:00pm-3:00am OR Sunday-Thursday 3:00am-11:30am

The Role

  • Work closely with the Grocery Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the grocery department.
  • Ensure staff are well trained to provide the best overall shopping experience for our customers
  • Be responsible for facilitating stock replenishment across our store.
  • Coordinating movement of stock from storeroom to shelves.
  • Leading our morning or night fill team to ensure shelves are replenished and ready for our customers.
  • Stock rotation and maintenance.
  • Identifying items through out-of-stock report that require immediate replenishment.
  • Ensure all team members follow store health & safety and food safety policies and procedures.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous supermarket experience at a supervisory or management level.
  • Have great attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
  • Strong people leader.
  • Forklift license essential - counterbalance and reach.
  • Physically able to carry out manual handling of products.
