This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced, after-hours environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the team
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, faced, and presented to a high standard
- Manage stock movement and inventory accuracy
- Maintain workplace safety and efficiency during night operations
- Support and train team members as needed
About You:
- Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead a team and work independently
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Hours and days are 12 am to 8 am, Monday to Friday
