Are you a natural leader with a passion for retail and customer service? NW Glenview is on the lookout for a driven and hands-on Grocery Supervisor to support our evening operations and help lead our grocery team to success.

About the Role

In this you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the grocery department during evening shifts. You’ll be the go-to person when managers are off duty—resolving customer queries, guiding staff, and keeping the store humming.

This is a fast-paced, physical hands on role suited to someone who leads by example, sets high standards, and thrives on responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Grocery Manager with daily operations and team coordination
• Lead and motivate a small team to deliver top-notch service
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Oversee stock levels, merchandising, and staff training
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked department

What We’re Looking For

• Previous supermarket experience 
• Proven leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
• SAP experience is a bonus
• LCQ and Manager’s Certificate desirable
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Must have current eligibility to work in New Zealand
