Dry Goods Supervisor

Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 1:30pm - 10:00pm

We're seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Grocery Supervisor to join our team. This is a key leadership role where you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our Grocery Department while maintaining high standards of service, accuracy and efficiency.

About the Role

As a Grocery Supervisor, you'll support the management team and lead by example on the shop floor. You'll play an important part in ensuring stock is well presented, tasks are completed efficiently, and the team is motivated to deliver great results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the Grocery Department 
• Supervise and motivate team members to achieve department goals
• Maintain high standards of presentation, stock control and accuracy
• Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising
• Ensure health and safety standards are met

About You

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Confident working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights
• A hands-on team player who's not afraid to get stuck in
