Grocery Supervisor – Full Time

Are you an experienced supermarket professional with a passion for leading teams and delivering outstanding customer service? We're looking for a motivated and reliable Grocery Supervisor to join our busy supermarket.

As a Grocery Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the grocery department is well-stocked, presented to a high standard, and operating efficiently. You'll lead by example, support your team, and help deliver an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the grocery team during each shift.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, faced, and merchandised to company standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health and safety, and food safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Support the Department Manager with daily operations and team performance.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous supermarket or retail supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude with a hands-on approach.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to early morning starts.

Hours of Work:

• Sunday:       3:00 am – 11:30 am
• Monday:       3:00 am – 11:30 am
• Tuesday:       6:00 am – 2:30 pm
• Wednesday:   6:00 am – 2:30 pm
• Thursday:     6:00 am – 2:30 pm
