Grocery Supervisor - Pak’nSave Māngere

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Grocery Supervisor to join our team at Pak’nSave Māngere. This role requires strong floor leadership, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to drive productivity, efficiency and high operational standards across the Grocery Department.

Hours / Roster:
Full-time, 45 hours per week (including one weekend day).
This is a salary based role.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Grocery team to meet daily and weekly operational targets
• Ensure high standards of presentation, product availability, and tidy aisles at all times
• Follow and drive the GAP Buster process to minimise product gaps and ensure excellent on-shelf availability
• Maintain productivity and efficiency standards within the department
• Manage deliveries, stock rotation, and ensure all returned/dumped products are replenished or processed correctly within shift
• Lead by example in Health & Safety, Food Safety, and compliance standards
• Support ordering, stock control and department planning using SAP and FSNI systems
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth store operations

Skills & Experience

• Previous supermarket or retail supervisory experience preferred
• Strong operational knowledge and ability to prioritise under pressure
• Good understanding of the GAP Buster process and operational expectations
• SAP experience or knowledge preferred
• Reliable, organised, and hands-on leader with a team-oriented approach
• High standards of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
