Grocery Supervisor

We’re looking for a motivated Supervisor to join our Grocery Fill team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be leading from the front – keeping shelves well-stocked, ensuring the store looks its best, supporting customers, and getting the team and store ready for the next day. It’s a busy, varied role with plenty of responsibility.

What we’re looking for:

✔ Confident doing store walks and prioritising resource where required

✔ Reliable, cheerful, and confident in leading a team

✔ FMCG experience (an advantage, but not essential)

✔ Comfortable using IT systems (we use them daily) and ability to cope with change

✔ Someone that enjoys a busy dynamic environment

✔ Proven ability to motivate, manage, and support team

✔ A positive can-do attitude is a must, as well as the ability to understand priorities and schedule work accordingly

✔ Opportunity for the right person to further develop their career in this industry

Full-time 40 hour a week permanent position

Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 12pm - 9pm
