HR Advisor

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated HR Advisor to join our busy supermarket environment and help shape a positive, high-performing workplace that embodies our key values of Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Attitude.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations, supporting store leadership and team members across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and everyday HR support. You’ll play a key role in building a strong, engaged team that delivers outstanding customer experiences.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Providing guidance on employee relations and workplace issues
• Assisting managers with performance management and development plans
• Driving engagement initiatives and workplace culture improvements
• Ensuring HR policies and employment legislation are followed
• Helping create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment

What we’re looking for

• Previous HR and/ or employee management experience
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
• High attention to detail and accuracy in HR documentation and processes
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidence and discretion
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A genuine passion for people, culture, and creating a positive workplace experience
