HR Manager – New World Brookfield (Tauranga)

32–40 hours per week | Flexible hours for the right person

This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll own the HR function, partner closely with leaders and ensure our people practices are strong, fair and future-focused. Plus, enjoy the lifestyle that sunny Tauranga has to offer when you’re off the clock.

 

The Role

  • End-to-end generalist HR support
  • Recruitment, onboarding and inductions
  • Coaching and mentoring leaders
  • Performance management and owning disciplinary processes
  • Employment law compliance and best practice
  • Driving engagement, training and culture

  • Senior HR experience with strong NZ employment law knowledge
