Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for logistics and team development? We’re looking for an Inwards Goods Team Leader to join our dynamic operations team and take charge of the efficient receipt, inspection, and management of incoming goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the inwards goods team to ensure timely and accurate processing of deliveries.
- Coordinate unloading, checking, and documentation of incoming stock.
- Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and stock integrity.
- Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and store teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational procedures.
- Train and mentor team members to foster a productive and positive work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer skills.
- Forklift license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
